Hand forged from high carbon steel. This chefs knife is a good medium sized blade at 215mm or 8.5inches.  Fitted with a Wa style handle made from Hawaiian Mango and a nickel silver spacer.  Comes with a fitted and hand stitched premium leather sheath.
