Handmade Chefs Knife with Maple Burl Handle

This forged Chef's Knife is made by hand from High Carbon 1095 steel. It has a full-flat grind that’s been shaped and hand sanded to satin finish.

The tapered Wa style shaped handle is made from an a gorgeous pice of Maple Burl that has been dyed an stabilized. Black G10 has been used for the spacer.  

The wooden saya cover made from Hard Maple has been made specifically for this knife and has been wrapped with a patterned paper.
