This kitchen blade is a long and lean multi purpose Chef's Knife. The blade, forged from High Carbon 1095 steel, has a full-flat grind that’s been finish shaped by hand and sanded to fine 1200 grit. The blade was then repeatedly etched and polished to its final finish.

The tapered Wa style shaped handle is made from an a figured pice of Dyed Hawaiian Mango that is dyed an stabilized. Black G10 has been used for the spacer.
The wooden saya cover made from Hard Maple has been made specifically for this knife and has been wrapped with a handmade patterned Japanese paper.
