High-Carbon Veggie Cleaver

Hand forged from high carbon steel, this Veggie Cleaver is a great, light weight all-around kitchen knife.  The blade on this knife comes in at 5.5 inches and is about 11.25” in overall length. It’s fitted with a spalted Hawaiian Koa handle shaped in Wa style with a G10 spacer. A hand stitched, vegetable tanned leather saya also accompanies this knife.
