Petty Knife

180mm Petty Knife / Small Chef made from high-carbon steel. Several layer of different steels have been forged together by hand to create this patterned blade. The handle in Wa style is made from a gorgeous piece of Redwood Burl with bronze spacer. Additionally, a hand stitched leather sheath accompanies this knife.
