Crisp and clean looking Chefs Knife is made from Nitro-V stainless steel. The cutting edge on this one measures 230mm or about 9 inches. It's been fitted with a beautiful piece of Hawaiian Koa that has been shaped into a Wa style handle. This one comes with a hand stitched, vegetable tanned leather saya.
