Hand forged from high carbon steel. This Veggie Cleaver is a great, light weight all-around kitchen blade.  The knife comes in at 143mm or 5.5 inches long with a Wa style Maple Burl handle and Copper spacer.  Comes with A hand stitched leather saya accompanies the knife.
