High-Carbon Veggie Cleaver / Buckeye

This Veggie Cleaver is a great, light weight all-around kitchen knife.  Made from high-carbon steel, the blade on this knife comes in at 5.5 inches and is about 11.25” in overall length. It’s fitted with a Buckeye Burl handle with aluminum ferrule and stainless tube.

Note: The patina on a knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are alike. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. Over time, the blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use. However, be aware that it may stain if acidic food residue isn't promptly removed. Find care instructions here.
