"The Bear" Chefs Knife

I'm thrilled to say that I had the incredible opportunity to craft custom knives for The Bear this season. Delivering those unique Chef’s Knives and Cleavers to the Chicago set earlier this Spring was an unforgettable experience.

I am now working on a limited batch of the same  Chef’s Knife featured on the show. Each blade is meticulously forged from high-carbon steel and complemented with a Spalted Maple handle and an Ancient Bog Oak ferrule.

These knives are available for order, and the estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
