High-Carbon Chefs Knife forged San Mai construction made from 1095 and 15n20  steel with Spalted Hawaiian Mango handle.

Note: The patina on a knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are alike. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife.
