Textured Chef w/ Ancient Bog Oak

Moody and gothic, this chef’s knife was hand-forged from high-carbon 52100 round bar. The blade carries deep texture and visible hammer marks, with the lower portion hand-sanded to 800 grit. The handle is crafted from ancient Bog Oak, dark and enduring.

Note: The patina on a high-carbon knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are alike. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. Over time, the blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use. However, be aware that it may stain if acidic food residue isn't promptly removed. Find care instructions here.
