Textured Small Chef w/ Redwood Burl

This patite kitchen knife was hand forged from high-carbon 52100 round bar.  The textured blade has been sanded by hand to 800 grit to create a satin finish. The handle is constructed from a gorgeous piece of Maple Burl and Hawiian Mango.

Note: The patina on a high-carbon knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflake—no two are alike. It's a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. Over time, the blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use. However, be aware that it may stain if acidic food residue isn't promptly removed. Find care instructions here.
